I was kicked out from a race 11.8.2008 organized by vskfun due to the fact that I did not accept to cansel a penalty that computer gave to a boat. It was obvious and clear that I had right of way sailing towards windward mark and the boat just coming downwind bp hit me. The computer made a correct penalty. I did not want to cancel this penalty - hey we are having competition and the opponent got good advantage by not sailing according to rules.

The host kicked me out. This shows extremely bad behaviour and dictatorship from the host side. I joinded the race back and asked the host why I was kicked and he answered that I should use common sence. I hope that the vskfun folks takes serious thought about this. Can a host kick a player that has right and computer confirms this by giving penalty to the other.

Why should I accept penalty cansel if I have the same opinion as the computer. How can a host kick out a player that agreeds with computer disision to give penalty.

This sitiuation left a very bad feeling about vskfun. Hopefully the vskfun people take actions and check the hosts.

I RECOMMEND THAT ANYBODY HOSTING UNDER THE NAME VSKFUN SHOULD EITHER HAVE SOME KIND OF ACTUAL EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN REAL SAILBOAT RACING COMITTEES OR PASS SOME KIND OF TEST (THAT I CAN DEVELOP).
