VSK Match - TiGER in den Top10

Eigentlich steht mit der Kieler Woche 2010 noch das Fleet Racing im Zentrum des VSK-Geschehens. Doch bald dürften die Match Race-Trainings wieder intensiviert werden, um für die VSKFun Trophy 2010 sowie für die World Match Racing Championship (WMRC) 2010 gerüstet zu sein. Ein VSKFunny, dem es zur Zeit wie keinem anderen gelingt, sich sowohl im Fleet- als auch im Match Racing in Szene zu setzen ist tiGER. Er glänzt mit ausgezeichneten Resultaten im Rahmen der Kieler Woche, brilliert aber gleichzeitig auch mit einer ausgesprochen erfolgreichen Performance im Match Racing. Seit 58 (!) Matches ist er ungeschlagen und kletterte mit dieser Leistung scheinbar unaufhaltsam auf den ausgezeichneten 7. Rang der Weltrangliste vor. Soweit dem VSKFun Reporterteam bekannt, ist das die erste Platzierung unter den Top 10 eines unter VSKFun-Flagge startenden Seglers. Hinter casino, der sich als 4. ebenso einer aufsteigender Form erfreuen kann, ist tiGER somit klar der zweitbeste deutsche VSK Match Racer. Ein riesengrosses WD an ihn!

Die Spitze ist weiterhin in italienischer Hand. Es führt Lorenzo83 vor Spittillo, der zusammen mit Kent38 (FRA) auf dem zweiten Rang liegt. Für diese beide stehen aber zur Zeit nicht das Match Racing im Vordergrund. Beide sind an der Kieler Woche 2010 engagiert und wollen ihre Titelsammlung (Spittillo als zweimaliger Match Race Weltmeister und Kent38 als frisch gekürter Sieger des Horus Cup 2010 mit seinem Syndikat) vervollständigen.

VSK Match - TiGER is climbing the Ranking

Actually with Kieler Woche 2010 still the fleet racing is in the focus of virtual sailing these days. But soon the match racing trainings will be intensified to prepare for the VSKFun Trophy 2010 as well as for the World Match Racing Championship (WMRC) 2010. Nevertheless one VSKFunny succeeds like no other at the time in both fleet and match racing - tiGER. He shines with excellent results at Kieler Woche but shows a brilliant performance also in match racing. He is unbeaten since 58 (!) matches und so he climbed up to 7th rank of the World Ranking seemingly unstoppable. As far as the VSKFun reporter team knows this is the first top 10 ranked skipper participating under VSKFun flag. Behind casino who as 4th can also enjoy an ascending form, tiGER thus clearly is the best German VSK Match Racer. A huge WD!

The lead is still in Italian hands. Lorenzo83 is leading in front of Spittillo who together with Kent38 (FRA) is on the second rank. But for both of these currently the match racing is not in the foreground. Both are engaged at Kieler Woche 2010 and want to complete their title collection (Spittillo as two time Match Racing World Champion and Kent38 as the newly crowned winner at Horus Cup 2010 with his syndicate).
